Fisher & Fisher Advisory is where every client engagement begins. We sit with the owner — and usually the spouse, the accountant and one trusted adviser — and we map every asset on and off the balance sheet: the operating business, the premises, the goodwill, the equipment, the brand, the lease structures, the personal property. From that map we design the sequence: what is sold, in what order, to whom, on what timeline, and how the proceeds flow.
Owners 50–65 who have decided the exit is real, but haven't yet decided how. Typical engagement: 6–18 months of advisory work leading into the live transactions.
