Fisher & Fisher Advisory is where every client engagement begins. We sit with the owner — and usually the spouse, the accountant and one trusted adviser — and we map every asset on and off the balance sheet: the operating business, the premises, the goodwill, the equipment, the brand, the lease structures, the personal property. From that map we design the sequence: what is sold, in what order, to whom, on what timeline, and how the proceeds flow.

Who it's for

Owners 50–65 who have decided the exit is real, but haven't yet decided how. Typical engagement: 6–18 months of advisory work leading into the live transactions.

Fisher & Fisher Realty is a licensed Queensland real estate practice that exists for one purpose: to transact commercial premises that sit underneath operating businesses. We do not list houses. We do not chase listings. We negotiate the building sale that quietly underwrites the entire exit, and we coordinate it with the business sale so neither transaction undermines the other. Sold by an agent who has developed property, and a principal who has banked it.

Who it's for

Owners whose business operates from premises they own — freehold, family-trust held, SMSF-held — where the bricks and the operation must be untangled with care.

Academy

For owners who learn before they engage.

Fisher & Fisher Academy is the education arm: workshops, masterclasses, a curated library, and a quarterly cohort programme that walks owners through the Asset First System™ at their own pace. Most attendees are 18–36 months from a possible exit and want to understand the moves before they make them. A smaller number engage Advisory at the end. Most simply leave better prepared — which is the entire point.

Who it's for

Owners who prefer to learn the methodology before they buy the service. Founders, second-generation owners, and the advisers who refer them.
